is an Auxilliary Social Welfare and Development Agency (SWDA) registered and licensed at Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) for the purpose of helping the less fortunate children and disadvantaged families in Manila and neighboring communities.  It was established in November 2008.

This agency provides educational support to children from underprivileged families within the community, covering Kindergarten through Grade 10. The Foundation extends cash allowances and essential educational supplies to help ease the financial burden on families and to ensure the children’s continued enrollment and active participation in school.

Under this program, this agency covers the costs of tuition, uniforms, school supplies, and transportation for students in Senior High School and College. This assistance is designed to enable scholars to complete their chosen courses without imposing additional financial burdens on their parents or guardians.

The agency provides emergency relief, basic necessities, and essential support to families severely affected by calamities, helping them recover and rebuild their lives. It also conducts emotional and psychological debriefing to help families process their experiences and overcome emotional distress.  

In partnership with other agencies and individual donors, Precious Heritage will distribute gifts in the form of food, supplies, and other essential materials regularly to help and assist families in meeting their basic needs and coping with life’s challenges. The purpose is to provide timely relief, promote family well-being, and support vulnerable households during times of need.
