The Precious Heritage Ministries Foundation, Inc. (PHMF) is a non-stock, non-profit, and charitable organization in the Philippines dedicated to serving the underprivileged children and families in the National Capital Region (NCR), Region IV-A, and other regions in the Philippines.

PHMF was formally established on September 15, 2008, as a family ministry founded by Pastor Joel Santos and Mrs. Levy Santos, following more than 15 years of missionary service in Sta. Cruz, Manila. Their ministry among the urban poor—particularly street children—deeply touched their hearts and strengthened their calling to serve society’s most vulnerable members.

Witnessing children scavenging for food, begging for survival, and living in unsafe conditions, the Santoses were moved to begin a regular feeding ministry. Yet their compassion extended far beyond temporary meals. Seeing the poor health, homelessness, and extreme vulnerability of these children inspired a greater vision: the establishment of a permanent place of refuge and care.

Through prayer and faith, God provided a house and lot in Cupang, Antipolo City, acquired on an installment plan at minimal cost. This property became the Precious Heritage Children’s Home, Inc., a safe haven for less-fortunate children.

In 2013, the ministry received formal accreditation from the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) under Secretary Corazon “Dinky” Soliman, affirming its commitment to proper child care and protection standards.

To respond to the growing educational and spiritual needs of its beneficiaries, additional ministries were established:

Precious Heritage Christian School of Antipolo (2011), providing accessible, quality education for children under PHMF’s care.

Evangelical Christian Fellowship of Antipolo Rizal, Inc. (2015), addressing the spiritual growth of children, families, and the surrounding community.

These ministries are living testimonies of God’s faithfulness, made possible through the generosity and partnership of His faithful servants. The Precious Heritage Children’s Home, Precious Heritage Christian School, and Evangelical Christian Fellowship of Antipolo Rizal embody God’s love and blessings, established so that His name may be glorified and His compassion made known through service to those in need.
