Precious Heritage Ministries Foundation, Inc. (PHMF) is a non-stock, non-profit, and charitable organization in the Philippines committed to serving underprivileged children and families in the National Capital Region (NCR), Region IV-A (CALABARZON), and other regions of the country.

PHMF was formally established on September 15, 2008, as a family ministry founded by Pastor Joel Santos and Mrs. Levy Santos, following more than 15 years of missionary service in Sta. Cruz, Manila. Their years of ministry among urban poor communities, particularly street children, deeply touched their hearts and strengthened their calling to serve society’s most vulnerable members.

Witnessing children scavenging for food, begging for survival, and living in unsafe and unhealthy conditions moved the couple to establish a regular feeding ministry. However, their vision extended beyond providing temporary relief. Recognizing the deeper needs of these children, including proper nutrition, shelter, education, protection, and spiritual guidance, they began praying for a permanent place where children could experience safety, care, and hope for a better future.

Through prayer and faith in God’s provision, a house and lot in Cupang, Antipolo City, became available through an affordable installment arrangement. This property eventually became the Precious Heritage Children’s Home, Inc., a place of refuge dedicated to caring for less-fortunate children and providing them with a nurturing environment where they can grow, learn, and develop their God-given potential.

In 2013, the ministry received formal accreditation from the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) under the leadership of Secretary Corazon “Dinky” Soliman. This milestone strengthened the ministry’s commitment to providing appropriate care and protection for children in accordance with established standards.

As the needs of the children and the surrounding community continued to grow, PHMF expanded its ministry through the establishment of additional institutions:

Precious Heritage Christian School of Antipolo (2011)

Established to provide accessible, quality education in a Christian environment, the school seeks to develop children academically, spiritually, morally, and socially, helping them become responsible individuals who can contribute positively to their families and communities.

Evangelical Christian Fellowship of Antipolo Rizal, Inc. (2015)

Established to nurture the spiritual growth of children, families, and the surrounding community, the church provides opportunities for worship, biblical teaching, fellowship, discipleship, and Christian service.

Throughout the years, these ministries have stood as testimonies of God’s faithfulness and the power of compassion expressed through service. Their growth has been made possible through prayer, sacrifice, and the generosity and partnership of faithful individuals, churches, and supporters who share the vision of reaching children and families in need.

Today, the Precious Heritage Children’s Home, Precious Heritage Christian School of Antipolo, and Evangelical Christian Fellowship of Antipolo Rizal, Inc. continue to embody the ministry’s commitment to serving others through compassionate care, quality education, and spiritual development.

The vision of Precious Heritage Ministries Foundation, Inc. is rooted in the conviction that every child is precious in the sight of God and deserves an opportunity to experience love, dignity, hope, and a brighter future. Through these ministries, PHMF seeks to extend God’s love, transform lives, strengthen families, and make His compassion known to communities in need—all for the glory of His name.
