The Precious Heritage Ministries Foundation, Inc. (PHMF) is a non-stock, non-profit, and charitable organization in the Philippines dedicated to serving orphaned, abandoned, neglected, and underprivileged children and families within the National Capital Region (NCR) and Region IV-A.

PHMF was formally established on September 15, 2008, as a family ministry founded by Pastor Joel Santos and Mrs. Levy Santos, following more than 15 years of missionary service in Sta. Cruz, Manila. Their ministry work among the urban poor—particularly street children—deeply impacted their hearts and strengthened their calling to serve the most vulnerable members of society.

As they witnessed children living on the streets, scavenging for food and resorting to begging for survival, the Santoses were moved to initiate a regular feeding ministry. However, their compassion extended far beyond providing meals served in temporary containers. The poor health conditions, homelessness, and extreme vulnerability of abandoned, neglected, and orphaned children stirred in them a greater vision: the establishment of a permanent place of refuge and care.

After a season of earnest prayer, the Lord graciously provided a house and lot in Cupang, Antipolo City, which was acquired on an installment basis at minimal cost. Through God’s provision and faithfulness, this property has since become a safe haven for less-fortunate children and is now known as the Precious Heritage Children’s Home, Inc.

In 2013, the Precious Heritage Ministry in Antipolo received formal accreditation from the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) during the term of Secretary Corazon “Dinky” Soliman, affirming its commitment to proper child care and protection standards.

In response to the growing needs of its beneficiaries—particularly in the areas of education and spiritual development—additional ministries were established. The Precious Heritage Christian School of Antipolo began operations in 2011 to provide accessible quality education for the children under its care. Subsequently, the Evangelical Christian Fellowship of Antipolo Rizal, Inc. was formally registered in 2015 to address the spiritual needs of the children, their families, and the surrounding community.

Truly, these ministries stand as testimonies of God’s faithfulness, made possible through the generosity and partnership of His faithful servants. The Precious Heritage Children’s Home, Precious Heritage Christian School, Inc., and Evangelical Christian Fellowship of Antipolo Rizal, Inc. are living manifestations of God’s love and abundant blessings—established so that His name may be glorified and His compassion made known through these ministries.
